Ingredients:

1 (8 ounce) package linguine pasta

1 pound Larry's Peppa Shrimp, peeled

1 tablespoon olive oil

6 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup white wine

1 lemon, juiced

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

salt to taste

1/4 cup butter

3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini

Directions:

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add linguine, and cook for 9 to 13 minutes or until al dente; drain.

2. Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, and saute garlic about 1 minute. Mix in chicken broth, wine, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat, and simmer until liquid is reduced by about 1/2.

3. Mix shrimp, butter, parsley, and basil into the saucepan. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, until shrimp is opaque. Stir in the cooked linguine, and continue cooking 2 minutes, until well coated.

Ingredients:

1 pound Larry's Peppa Shrimp, peeled
1/2 tsp chipotle powder
1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
Juice from 1/2 lime
4 corn tortillas, warmed
Cilantro Jalapeño Sauce:
1/2 jalapeño, seeded and diced
1/4 cup cilantro leaves
2/3 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
Juice from 1/2 lime

Chipotle Shrimp Tacos

Directions:
1. In a small bowl, combine chipotle and shrimp. Add oil and lime and stir well until shrimp are evenly coated.

2. In a food processor, (blender), combine jalapeño, cilantro, yogurt, and lime juice. Process until smooth and pour into a small bowl for serving.

3. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat add shrimp about 3 minutes per side .

4. Serve with warm corn tortillas and top as desired. Enjoy!

1 pound Larry's Peppa Shrimp, peeled
1 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3/4 cup uncooked quinoa
4 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Fresh basil, chopped

Pepper Shrimps  Quinoa

Directions:

1. In a medium pot, boil chicken stock or water and cook quinoa according to instructions on the package.

2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat and warm the Larry's Pepper Shrimp - Do not over cook, they are already fully cooked.

3. Fluff cooked quinoa and season with salt and pepper. Add basil, toss to incorporate, then divide evenly amongst bowls.

4. Divide shrimp evenly on top of quinoa and serve.
